Was nervous for a second before calling just wondering what I might encounter... Ruth was Very kind, not at all intimidating! Felt like she genuinely wanted to answer my inquiry. IF you're considering calling just to ask questions, DO so with confidence knowing you'll be met with a pleasant personality on the other end of the phone. Off to do some more research! The woman who picked up the phone was not well informed as to the strengths and weaknesses of the team she represents. Without knowing me to any extent, she ran her mouth judgmentally acting in a rude and unbecoming manner. Poor service and interpersonal skills were demonstrated. She had "quite the attitude." It sets the tone for everything to follow, unfortunately. I'll take my business elsewhere.
My sister and I needed to sell my deceased mother's home. We had it listed with another real estate agent for a year, but the home did not sell. Pauline Green has been putting up with us for over a year now, even though we haven't found a home that my wife and I could see fireworks go off.
