Been a customer for 8 months. We canceled a few services that we didn't need. Instead of giving us a call...they just showed up with extra product and an extra charge for "minimum service". So we called the service manager Mike, only to be told he had us on a "list" to call but forgot. Tried to cancel the extra services because we can't afford them as a new business. We can only afford $100 month. Was basically told ..too bad you signed a service contract . Ugh! Can not wait for the contract to be done so we can be done with this company. We will never recommend Aladco!
