We are a bed and breakfast in Adams and we had no hot water suddenly on a Friday afternoon. Dan Ouellette came and fixed the problem in a jiffy even though he was booked solid that evening. We really appreciate his help in getting the hot water running again for our guests. It turns out one was a reviewer from a major international newspaper. We would have gotten a terrible review if there were no hot water!
