Quality work at reasonable prices is why I only deal with Greylock Repair. I serviced my Mercury Mariner here with good results until I traded it in and bought my 2013 Jeep Compass. Recently I stopped for a routine oil and filter change. Was told I need a new air filter. I could have bought one and installed it myself, but they did not charge me for labor and replaced the filter with a premium Purolator filter.
I had a distributor changed a couple of years ago and it began to have issues. I supplied the original distributor, so I sent it back to the company and they shipped a new one to Greylock Repair Center. Ron does not like it when you supply your own parts, but he put it in anyway. I'm still having issues, but Ron doesn't want to work on my car anymore. I was not rude to him or blamed him for anything. I wish Speedway in North Adams was still open...both the father and son were really nice and did great work! I tried this place because my husband recommended it to me. Even, he had an issue with Greylock Repair Center last week. They had some kids work on his car and they didn't do what they said they did and refunded his money. We had someone else do what was supposed to have been done in the first place and now it's actually fixed. I think Ron doesn't want to work on my car because he had to refund my husband his money and he's taking it out on me. Not very nice...shame, shame, shame.
